'I am very impressed with the excellent treatment I have received at Dr Fairris' Clinic.  The receptionist (Helen) is very welcoming and friendly and the nurse (Juliet) is caring, kind and understanding - she made sure I was comfortable before, during and after my treatment.

 

Dr Fairris explained my treatment fully and I was given literature to read about Fraxel before I decided to go ahead with the treatment.  The treatment was uncomfortable but bearable.  After my first treatment my skin looked "fresher" and felt softer, so I am very pleased.  Dr Fairris is excellent and I am very comfortable in his care.

 

The clinic is beautifully appointed and elegantly designed.

Botox and Fraxel

'Dr Fairris is fabulous!  No hard sell at all, in fact he is quite conservative and so you know that his advice is totally truthful.  He won't tell you that you need something when you don't.  I first went to him for Botox.  The first time is always a bit nerve-wracking and he put me totally at ease.  Botox is amazing!  The wrinkles on my forehead went within a few days; I didn't have that "Hollywood frozen" expression at all.  Dr Fairris is so skilled that I still had expression, just no lines.

My second Botox was at the new Clinic.  What a difference - such a calm and soothing atmosphere, never hurried and the staff are really lovely.

I cannot recommed Dr Fairris highly enough and would not go to anyone else'.

I wish to thank you and your staff for looking after me so well. The scarring on my face has been a real problem to me and I was extremely reassured to have it treated by a properly qualified specialist in a wonderfully appointed clinic. The recovery room is a real bonus for those of us undergoing "delicate" procedures.
